BTB + STRETCH - STRENGTENING, STRETCHING AND RELAXING - classes are aimed at burning fat tissue accumulated in hips, thighs, buttocks and belly and strengthening of the muscles located in this area, as well as at stretching and relaxing of your muscles. It is an excellent combination of strengthening gymnastics and relaxation. In all forms of motion offered by us calming down and stretching last 5 minutes, which sometimes seems to be insufficient amount of time, that's why during these classes we prolong this time to about 20-30 minutes. Thanks to stretching muscles become more elastic, slimmer, less vulnerable to injuries and above all, totally relaxed. Stretching considerably improves mobility of all joints and reduces pain ointments of the spine.
POWER TBC - classes start with intensive warm-up, also with the use of the step. In the main part of the classes we use all the accessories intensifying physical effort such as tubings, hantles and barbles . It is different from classic TBC because of higher intensity. It has been created for more advanced people who like to be tired.
HEALTHY SPINE - this training is both prevention and treatment of pain in movement. It consists of a series of specialized exercises, using different equipment, and many therapeutic techniques. Activities minimize the effects of overloading the musculoskeletal system, relax the muscles, reduce tension and improve the stability of the spine and peripheral joints.
FAT BURNING - training focused on maintaining an adequate heart rate for optimal fat burning. It may be in the form of a simple dance routine or step. Workout ends with some strengthening exercises, abdominal exercises and stretching.
SPINN POWER - is a form of physical exercise performed on a stationary bike to the rhythm of the music. It does not require special skills, nor the coordination and dance skills, so everyone can go to these classes. It is no ordinary bicycle ride used in the rehabilitation, but it is a workout consisting of rhythmic cycling. The effects of the training are: improved cardiovascular fitness, strengthened skeletal system (especially useful for prevention of osteoporosis) and improved health of those who exercise. Losing excess weight, improved skin elasticity and a beautifully carved figure are additional results of exercises on this type of bike. In addition to fatigue, we feel satisfaction, which meets the objectives of each of the forms of recreation.
BODY BALL - these are exercises with the ball with a diameter of 55-65 cm. These balls have been used in rehabilitation since 1960. They are successfully used by people with orthopedic problems. The exercises with the ball belong to a group of balance exercises, during which you can sit on the ball, lie on it front or back, or lean on it sideways. While trying to keep the balance, the muscles responsible for maintaining the correct posture get strengthened. During the BODY BALL training, strengthening exercises, and relaxing - stretching classes are performed. Practicing with the ball develops the efficiency of the whole organism or only of selected parts of the body such as the abdomen or buttocks. Activities with the ball are not highly intensive, but well thought out and well-led training can bring many benefits.
50 + - This is a unique program for mature women. Activities for ladies in a quiet music, combining the features of rehabilitation and fitness, including prevention of diseases of adulthood such as:

STEP - choreography classes with a stepper. Intense physical activities to improve memory of movement, coordination, strengthening the muscles of the lower body. Choreography based on an appropriately modified basic steps and elements of dance. Each combination of well-known steps is a new challenge. Classes for intermediate and advanced.
FLAT STOMACH - activities aimed at fat burning and strengthening abdominal muscles. Cardio part lasts about 30 minutes and is based on a set of choreography of medium intensity (also using the stepper). Strengthening takes 20 minutes. Classes end with 5 minutes stretching.
PILATES - muscle strengthening activities of the whole body, especially the deep abdominal muscles, spine and pelvis. Exercises are performed with quiet music, the rhythm of your breath. Pilates is used for making a habit of maintaining a correct posture and raises the threshold of feeling own body. Exercises increase awareness of motion and coordination. Great complement to any workout. Because the classes weigh the joints down in low level , Pilates is a very safe form, proposed to all, including people after injury.
ABT (Abdominal, Buttocks, Thighs) = BUP - activities aimed at strengthening and toning the lower body, conducted at a moderate pace. Classes are preceded by a warm-up (also using the stepper), and end with 5 min. stretching. Classes for people of all skill levels.
AREA SCULPTURE - Strength - weight classes with the use of special weights. Very effective way to shape silhouette by working with a load adapted to individual practitioner. Excellent alternative to weight training. It is recommended that persons participating in the classes for the first time reported to the instructor teaching in order to select the appropriate load. Classes for people of all skill levels.
TBC - (Total Body Conditioning) - exercises of general development, improving physical fitness, strengthening and firming all muscle groups. Main part preceded by an intense warm-up, also using the stepper. The combination of arms and legs muscles' work and a large amount of repetition contribute to higher intensity activities than for BS classes (Body Sculpting - sculpting the body).
ZUMBA - is for everyone, regardless of age, fitness or dance skills. It is a lively form of exercises, not aggravating the joints. It consists of simple, easy to repeat movements; it?s full of energy and doesn?t look like regular aerobics classes. It also combines sexy hip movements, rhythm of Latin music with the intensity of exercise, which will make you love exercising anew. Zumba is an innovative form of classes, which makes you burn up to 1000 calories and you move like Shakira or Ricky Martin. Zumba is challenging, effective, motivating and addictive.
